How to report abuse

If you have encountered abuse or misuse of our hosting services or your StatIP account that violates our Terms of Service, we encourage you to report it to us directly. Please use the following method to submit your report:

When reporting an issue, please provide as much detail as possible to help us efficiently process your report. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The specific IP address or domain name involved.
  • Timestamps indicating when the abuse occurred.
  • Direct links or URLs to the abusive content.
  • A detailed description of the abusive activity.

What Happens Next:

Upon receiving an abuse report, it’s handled as follows:

  1. Routing: Your report is directed to our dedicated Abuse Team.
  2. Processing: It will be queued and reviewed. Given the high volume of reports, we cannot guarantee a personal response to every report.
  3. Response: We strive to reply to individual inquiries when a personal response is requested or necessary.
  4. Action: Necessary actions will be taken to enforce our Terms of Service and comply with applicable laws.
  5. Logging and Tracking: Each report is logged and tracked individually.
