General Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Refunds are available only to first-time accounts. If you have previously had an account with us, canceled, and then signed up again, or if you have opened a second account, you will not be eligible for a refund. This policy applies strictly to our money-back guarantee.
- Non-Refundable Services: The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Domain name registrations
- Dedicated servers
- Colocation services
- Service add-ons
- Software licenses
- Setup fees
- Administrative fees
- Account credit balance
- Support or installation fees
- Renewals: Account renewals and recurring payments made after the money-back guarantee period are non-refundable.
- Cancellation Timing: Accounts must be canceled before the next due date. Any last payments made prior to canceling will not be refunded.
- Cancellation Request: Clients may request cancellation to coincide with their service end date.
Virtual Private Servers (VPS) – 7 Days Money Back Guarantee
- Eligibility: All new Linux or Windows Virtual Private Servers (VPS) are covered by a 7-day Money Back Guarantee.
- Conditions:
- The guarantee is void for clients who violate any of our Service Policies.
- We reserve the right to decline a refund if you are in violation of our policies.
- Only the basic VPS fee is refundable. Additional add-ons such as extra IPs, licenses, etc., are not subject to refund.
- The guarantee is not valid for clients who open more than 2 technical support requests within the first 30 days (excluding service functionality troubleshooting requests).
