9.1 The Services are provided “as is” and there are no warranties, claims, or representations made by StatIP.cloud, either express, implied, or statutory, with respect to the Services, including warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 In no event shall StatIP.cloud be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or the inability to use the Services.

12.1 The TOS and the relationship between you and StatIP.cloud shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StatIP.cloud is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
